Internship & Job Search Assistance

Whether you are looking for an internship for academic credit or “just” for the experience, Career Services can assist you in finding internship connections and resources to help you build marketable skills and gain professional work experience before and after graduation. We believe that every student should graduate with some type of experience relevant to their career goals! This can take many forms – internship, volunteer work, campus organizations, part-time work, performances, or other involvement. When it comes to job and internship searching, we want to help you work smarter, not harder! Contact us anytime for help with job or internship searching!

The Career Services office works to develop relationships with employers that will assist Friends University students and alumni in finding a great career fit. While Career Services does not provide job placement, we do assist in creating opportunities for our students and graduates to connect with employers. Some of these services include:

  • Career fairs and networking events to meet and network with potential employers and area professionals
  • Employer visits to campus for interviews and recruiting tables
  • Job postings are available to students and alumni through Handshake – visit friends.joinhandshake.com to create an account.
