2023-24 Fine Arts Season

With the start of fall, thoughts invariably turn to cooler weather and the transformation of autumn leaves. You will also notice a change to our fine arts facility on campus as construction begins on a new chapel and expanded south entrance. Thanks to the generosity of donors and patrons, we were able to successfully realize our Rise Up campaign goal of raising $7.2 million! The resulting construction will occupy our main performance spaces for the year, so we ask that you visit friends.edu/finearts, and our social media pages, for location updates concerning our 2023-2024 season.

Our performance season will highlight the special place the arts hold in our lives, from the Duke Ellington Sacred Concert to our annual Candlelight and Symphony of Spring celebrations. We are also pleased to welcome new faculty in Theatre and Music Theatre, who will be directing our fall play and spring musical – be sure to watch our website and social media for the announcement of these shows!

We hope to see you this year as we bring our performances and creative work to spaces in Wichita and beyond!
