Kansas Supreme Court Justice to Visit Friends Campus

Justice Caleb Stegall of the Kansas State Supreme Court will be visiting Friends University on Thursday, April 2, 2015. Justice Stegall will present to a group of students, faculty, staff and community members, “Law and Politics in our State and Federal Constitution,” at 3 p.m. in the William Penn Science Building Room 100.

Justice Stegall was appointed to the Supreme Court by Governor Sam Brownback effective December 5, 2014, following his tenure on the Kansas Court of Appeals. With an extensive career in both private practice and public service Justice Stegall will speak to his personal experience, and involvement in the political process.
The event is sponsored by the History and Political Science Departments at Friends University.
