Senior Jazz Night Concert at Friends University

Senior Jazz Night at Friends University will take place on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Sebits Auditorium.

“Senior Night” is a long standing tradition in the jazz department at Friends University, when graduating seniors in jazz ensembles are featured and honored. This year there are seven students being recognized as a part of this concert, featuring Jazz Ensemble II (directed by Beau Jarvis) and Jazz Ensemble I (directed by Lisa Hittle). Both bands will play a wide variety of tunes and styles from the big band genre.

The performance will be held in Sebits Auditorium at the Friends University Campus at 2100 W. University Ave., Wichita, Kan., Tickets are $9 for adults and $6 for seniors and students.
