Alumni and donors can show their support for Friends University and its students on June 2 as part of the first Day of Giving. Gifts to the University can be made online during this 24-hour period.
“This campaign gives our alumni, donors and other University supporters an opportunity to recognize the transformational role the institution has made in their own lives and ensure that today’s students have this same opportunity,” said Dr. Amy Bragg Carey, Friends University president. “A Friends education is so much more than preparation for a job. Our focus is on the ‘whole person’ and our students benefit from our emphasis on developing character, faith, leadership abilities and service to others.”
Those donating to Friends University June 2 will be entered to win a special prize and will help the University secure a matching gift from Midwest Single Source.
