“These rankings provide evidence that Friends University is a great choice for students wanting to study supply chain management,” said Dr. David Hofmeister, dean of the College of Adult and Professional Studies and the Graduate School. “Friends University has consistently been ranked among the top colleges in the nation for offering the best value, financially and academically.”
Friends University offers a Professional MBA and a Global MBA. Both programs offer the supply chain concentration (including an online and an on-campus format) and do not require the GRE/GMAT for entrance.
The Professional MBA program is designed to develop students’ skills in the functional areas of profit and nonprofit organizations. Students will hone their critical thinking and decision-making skills; strengthen their quantitative knowledge in accounting, finance and economics; and expand their understanding of business practices. The Global MBA develops leaders for U.S. companies with global perspectives, cross-cultural business skills and social responsibility. It is committed to teaching major competencies in leadership, ethics and complex business skills, which are critical for gaining sustainable competitive advantage in a global business environment.
The Supply Chain Management and Logistics concentration equips students to keep pace with the increasing demands of the global economy whether they are involved in exporting, importing, production or business along the I-35 corridor between Canada and Mexico or in various areas of the U.S. or world. This concentration includes curriculum in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing and supply chains.
SR Education Group researched tuitions and used average ACT and SAT scores to determine the “top online colleges” ranking.
