Wichita, KS- Friends University will present its spring Community Orchestra Concert March 13 at 7:30 p.m.
The concert will feature Friends University student and Miller Competition winner Kiesha Anderson performing “O Mio Babinno” and “Italian Street Song.” Briley Lewis, Wichita Metropolitan Music Teachers Association concerto winner, will also be performing Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue.” The concert will conclude with Haydn’s “Symphony No. 45, Farewell Symphony.”
The performance will take place in Sebits Auditorium, Riney Fine Arts Center, located at 2100 W. University Ave., Wichita, Kan. Tickets are $9 for adults and $6 for seniors and students.
