Wichita, Kan. – Friends University’s Fine Arts faculty members will present a fanfare of performances as well as showcase their artwork Thursday, Sept. 6, at 7:30 p.m. in Sebits Auditorium in Riney Fine Arts Center.
Friends University’s diverse group of faculty professors will share music, dance and visual arts as they inspire students and the public alike. Featured performances include vocal duets, a ballet performance, The Faculty Brass Quintet, and much more. Dr. Joan Griffing, Friends’ new Fine Arts division chair will make her violin debut in Wichita. The exhibit and show is an opportunity for the community to experience the creative and diverse faculty members in the University’s Division of Fine Arts.
The Faculty Fanfare is free and open to the public. The performance will take place in Sebits Auditorium in Riney Fine Arts Center on the Friends University campus at 2100 W. University Ave., Wichita, Kan.
