Wichita, KS – The Friends University Percussion Group will perform in concert on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 7:30 p.m. in Sebits Auditorium in Riney Fine Arts Center.
The concert titled “Wood that Sings” will include many musical numbers that feature resonating wood.
Soloists and ensemble groups will play a variety of works including Reich, Garland, Cage, Zivkovic, Stupa, Trevino, Pratt and Peters.
Tickets are free, and the concert is open to the public.
