Wichita, KS- The Friends University visual arts department will host its annual Show Me the Money career and portfolio review day on Oct. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This free event is for high school juniors and seniors seeking to pursue art, graphic design, art education and media design after graduation. Students will learn about the various careers and how to prepare their portfolio. They will also get the opportunity to have their portfolio critiqued by Friends University visual art professors. Lastly, students will get to hear from guest speaker Marc Bosworth.
Bosworth is an Art Director at Greteman Group based in Wichita, Kansas. Previously, he was an adjunct printmaking instructor at Friends University. Whether developing trade show graphics, a new ad campaign or brand concepts, Bosworth makes sure all details exquisitely contribute and beautifully connect.
