Renea Abdallah is a native of Wichita, KS. She has been a freelance musician in Wichita and surrounding areas since 2011 and has performed in countless settings in a variety of different styles including jazz, classical, music theater, pop and salsa. At Friends University, she teaches applied jazz bass, directs a jazz combo and serves on the Faculty Jazz Quintet.
Renea also holds a position as the bass coach for the Wichita Symphony Youth Orchestras and regularly performs in the Delano Chamber Orchestra. She has been a member of the Fine Arts adjunct faculty since fall 2020.
