Jana McCloud is a new Assistant Professor of Psychology. McCloud has received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and Women’s Studies at Wichita State University in Wichita, KS; her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Friends University in Wichita, KS; and is pursuing her Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University in San Diego, CA. McCloud has received her license as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, Masters Addiction Counselor and Clinical Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapy. McCloud served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Adjacent Professor, and Instructor for Master of Education Graduate Workshop for Friends University; as well as a Research Associate for the Wichita State University Community Engagement Institution in Wichita, KS. Her most recent experience includes her position as the owner of Jana McCloud, LCMFT – Therapy, Consulting, Training; owner of Architect Counseling Center Therapist; and a Family Business Advisor at Legasus Group, LC. Throughout her extensive work in the field, McCloud administered dozens of academic and professional presentations, online seminars and E-learning modules, guest lectures and community outreach involvement.
