Inclusivity Leadership Council
The Inclusivity Leadership Council (or ILC) is a selection of faculty and staff that represent various populations and fields across the Friends University campus. The purpose of the ILC is to provide leadership to the Friends University community on matters of diversity and inclusion by creating initiatives that serve to further the RISE Value of Inclusion, providing feedback and consulting on institutional programming, and working together to ensure that all areas of campus have the ability to partner on these important issues. The ILC is lead two co-chairs: Case Bell, Director of Inclusion and International Student Services, and Dr. Kassia Krone, Assistant Professor of Composition. Questions or concerns regarding the Diversity Leadership Council can sent to Case_Bell@Friends.Edu.
